The Diagnostic Comes First
Every engagement begins with a mandatory 60-minute working session. This diagnostic answers the critical question: is hiring a lobbyist warranted right now. Sometimes the correct answer is no, or not yet. That clarity is the value.

How the Search Works
The search is disciplined and comparable, not casual and improvised. The objective is selection quality without exposure.
Phase 1: Definition. We define the outcome, the jurisdiction, and the true decision points, including committees, agencies, and staff layers. We define the representation profile: what must be true for a firm to be viable, and what disqualifies them.
Phase 2: Universe Creation. We build the candidate universe quietly. We perform diligence and conflict screening before any controlled outreach occurs.
Phase 3: Controlled RFP. We issue a confidential, tightly scoped RFP only to viable candidates, requiring standardized responses for clean comparison.
Phase 4: Verification. We verify claims through discreet reputation checks, pressure test capacity, and present a shortlist of no more than three. The client receives a clear selection path grounded in evidence, not salesmanship.
